Designed with ample safety margin for extreme working conditions, it is developed specifically for large‑format high‑altitude signage in typhoon‑prone and high‑wind regions. Featuring upgraded heavy‑gauge PVC lamination for the coarse‑mesh base fabric, it effectively covers scrim texture to guarantee good print output. With outstanding impact resistance, the material resists eyelet cracking and tearing under gust loads, lowering the risk of falling hazards for large‑size hanging installations.
Capable of withstanding alternating high‑low temperature cycles, the fabric delivers waterproof, UV‑resistant and non‑chalking properties, with Light Fastness Grade 6. It is engineered for a 2‑3‑year service life under harsh outdoor conditions. Compatible with solvent, UV and latex inks, it supports various engineering‑grade processing including heat sealing, high‑frequency welding, grommeting and hemming. Fire‑retardant grades are available on custom request.
