Jinlong 330gsm PVC Mesh Banner is woven from 1000D×1000D high-tenacity polyester yarn with a uniform 12×12 weave construction. At 330gsm, the fabric delivers sufficient rigidity and stays taut when framed without sagging. Its 12×12 weave ensures evenly distributed mesh holes, allowing wind to pass through and keep graphics flat. When applied to hoardings, scaffolding wraps and building facade advertisements, it resists bulging and fluttering and greatly reduces stress on support frames.
The high-tenacity yarn offers wonderful tear resistance, preventing edge fraying during grommeting, hemming and heat sealing. The coating is compatible with eco-solvent, UV and latex inks for stable ink absorption and crisp text and graphics from a distance. Treated for UV stabilization and anti-yellowing, it slows fading under sunlight. Rainwater drains through the mesh holes to avoid water pooling and associated wrinkling. A B1 flame-retardant grade is available for projects requiring fire compliance.
