Jinlong 650gsm knife-coated PVC tarpaulin adopts 1000D high-tenacity polyester base fabric with dense 23×23 weaving. Compared to the 20×20 variant, this tighter weave delivers enhanced tear and puncture resistance, perfectly suited for general truck cover use, where the fabric withstands sharp cargo contact and constant tension from tie-down ropes. Our knife-coating process embeds PVC paste deep inside yarn gaps. The coating locks mechanically with base cloth to prevent delamination at folds and welded seams, a top concern for fabric converters.
Formulated with UV stabilizers, this tarp resists outdoor ageing and stays flexible in cold environments without cracking. It delivers dependable waterproof performance to shield goods from rain. It is widely used as truck load covers, flatbed truck tarps and cargo protective sheets. The material supports heat welding, sewing, hemming and grommet installation, simple for manufacturers to produce finished protective covers.
