Jinlong 550gsm semi-coated fabric is woven with 840D×840D high-tenacity polyester yarn in a dense 18×18 weave. The robust substrate delivers great tensile and tear strength to withstand repeated pulling, folding and friction in field conditions. Its semi-coated surface offers a smooth waterproof finish while maintaining proper air permeability, preventing trapped condensation inside.
The fabric features outstanding weather resistance against UV rays, dust and rain erosion, keeping flexible and stable under sharp day-night temperature changes. It works well for covering field crops, livestock housing curtains, silage sealing, water tank liners and farm stock protection. Easy to cut and hot-air weld for on-site fabrication, it can be rolled out and retracted seasonally with farming cycles.
