Jinlong 900gsm semi-coated PVC tarpaulin is constructed with 1000D×1000D high-tenacity polyester base fabric in a tight 30×32 weave. The higher thread count delivers enhanced tensile strength and wonderful tear resistance to withstand constant pulling, friction and strong wind loads. It is suitable for heavy cargo covers, container covering and outdoor goods protection.
The 900gsm semi-coated finish creates a thick, rigid hand feel while maintaining proper flexibility. Its fine 30×32 woven scrim ensures even coating adhesion. Formulated with UV stabilizers, it resists ageing and brittling under prolonged outdoor sun exposure. The material is compatible with hot air welding and can be cut into clean custom-shaped panels by vibrating knife cutter.
As a heavy semi-coated grade, it offers greatly improved wind and abrasion resistance compared with lighter tarpaulins. The tightly woven 30×32,1000D base fabric holds the yarn structure securely, preventing yarn shifting even after repeated spreading and rolling. It maintains stable performance all year round outdoors, making it a durable long-term covering solution for frequent transit operations.
