Jinlong 490gsm semi-coated PVC tarpaulin is woven with high-tenacity 500D*500 polyester yarn at 30*30 mesh density. The special semi-coating treatment provides reliable water repellency while maintaining proper air permeability, which greatly reduces condensation and trapped moisture under the cover.
The fabric has balanced warp and weft tensile strength, outstanding tear and pull resistance. It can withstand minor scratches and friction without easy rupture. Blended with UV-stabilized additives, it slows down fading and pulverization even under continuous outdoor sunlight. The tarpaulin remains flexible and hardly turns brittle in cold weather, and it will not leave stubborn permanent creases after repeated folding.
All edges are heat-sealed professionally to avoid fraying and delamination. Reinforced plastic grommets are evenly distributed along the four sides for quick rope fixing.
