Jinlong 600gsm semi-coated PVC tarpaulin adopts tightly woven 1000D*1000D polyester scrim at 20×20 weave count. The heavier weight delivers upgraded tensile power and outstanding puncture resistance compared with lighter grades. Its balanced semi-coated PVC layer creates a reliable waterproof barrier, while preserving proper softness. Formulated to resist UV degradation, mildew and rot, it stands up to persistent dew, humidity and intense seasonal sunlight.
This semi-coated variant boasts stable coating adhesion and impressive cold-crack resistance. It stays pliable in low temperatures without turning brittle, and maintains great dimensional stability under sustained tension, resisting sagging and stretch over long service periods. It performs excellently during hot-air welding for seamless joints, and supports grommet installation, rope-in-hem edging and custom printing. Enhanced anti-fungal and UV-stabilized treatments are optional to extend service life further.
