Jinlong 550GSM semi-coated PVC tarpaulin is constructed with tightly woven 1000D*1000D polyester scrim at 20×20 weave density. The dense woven core grants exceptional tensile strength and superior tear resistance. Its semi-coated PVC layer forms a continuous waterproof barrier, while retaining moderate pliability. Formulated to resist UV degradation, mildew and rot, it endures recurring dew, humidity and intense sunlight in open-air seasonal environments.
The semi-coated surface achieves balanced coating adhesion without excessive stiffness. It maintains good low-temperature flexibility and will not turn brittle in cool weather. The fabric features excellent dimensional stability, resisting stretch and sagging after long-term tension. It welds cleanly via hot air fusion with strong seam integrity, and accepts grommet installation, rope-in-hem edging and custom marking. Optional anti-fungal and enhanced UV formulations are available for extended service cycles.
