Jinlong 610gsm semi-coated PVC tarpaulin is made of 1000D×1000D high-tenacity polyester base fabric with a tight 20×20 weave. It delivers balanced tensile strength and reliable tear resistance to withstand friction and pulling. It works well for outdoor material covering, shelter enclosure, water containment lining and site sunshade & rain protection.
The 610gsm semi-coated construction keeps the fabric lightweight and flexible, easier to carry and spread out than heavy full-coated tarpaulins. Its evenly woven 20×20 scrim ensures stable coating adhesion. Formulated with UV stabilizers, it resists aging and brittling under strong sunlight. It is suitable for hot air welding and produces clean edges after vibrating knife cutting for custom shaped covers.
