Jinlong 500gsm hot laminated PVC tarpaulin adopts 500D*500D base fabric with 18*17 weave density, balancing great tensile strength and flexible workability. The hot lamination process firmly bonds the PVC film to the scrim. It resists delamination under long outdoor exposure and keeps stable dimensions after cutting, sewing and heat welding for easy fabrication.
The fabric is waterproof, UV-stabilized, tear-resistant and mildew resistant. It handles harsh field conditions including high humidity, strong sunlight and large temperature differences between day and night. It withstands rain and wind, avoids mildew from moisture and maintains stable performance for long-term outdoor service. Multiple colors are available, and custom width, surface finish and printing are supported.
This versatile composite fabric is suitable for silage covering, silo lining, temporary agricultural shelters and livestock enclosure barriers. It comes with SGS, REACH and related test reports.
