Jinlong 0.5mm hot-laminated PVC tarpaulin is made of 500D×500D high-tenacity polyester scrim with 18×25 dense weave. The higher weft density delivers excellent tear resistance and high tensile strength. The fabric is firm and compact, resisting bulging, fluttering and tearing under strong winds. The hot lamination process firmly bonds the PVC film to the base fabric with uniform adhesion. It resists delamination, blistering and peeling after long-term outdoor exposure to sunlight and rain, boasting solid structural stability. The fabric surface is smooth with even coating thickness to prevent local water leakage.
This tarpaulin is formulated with UV-resistant, waterproof and anti-aging additives for outstanding weather resistance. It withstands sunlight, heavy rain, frost, snow and drastic temperature changes, and will not easily turn brittle, fade or chalk. It features reliable waterproof sealing to block rainwater and protect covered materials. It is ideal for construction site covering, temporary rain shelters, building hoarding and material protection.
