The high-denier polyester filament features great toughness and is not prone to brittle breakage. The moderate 12×12 weave density creates a well-balanced skeletal structure for the base fabric. It avoids excessive density that leads to bulky fabric and high cost, as well as loose weaving that results in insufficient tensile strength. Combined with the semi-coating process, it balances mechanical performance and cost efficiency. The tarpaulin delivers good tensile and tear resistance, is lightweight and easy to transport, with smooth and uniform coating, consistent thickness across rolls and stable quality batch to batch.
