Root-Foliage Symbiosis & North-South Chain Linkage – Strategic Cooperation Forum Between Xinjiang Zhongtai And Hubei Jinlong

To deepen industrial linkage between northern and southern China, unblock collaborative development channels for upstream and downstream sectors, and jointly explore new tracks for high-quality development of PVC new materials industry, Ma Wenyu, Deputy Party Secretary, Director and General Manager of Xinjiang Zhongtai (Group) Co., Ltd., led a delegation to visit Hubei Jinlong on July 22. The two sides held an industrial chain strategic cooperation exchange forum themed "Roots and Foliage Grow as One • Link the Industrial Chain Across North and South", with senior management from both sides gathering to discuss plans for industrial complementarity, in-depth integration and win-win growth.

Accompanied throughout the visit by Rao Jincai, Chairman of Hubei Jinlong, General Manager Ma Wenyu's delegation conducted field inspections of the company's core production plants, science and technology museum as well as cutting-edge R&D platforms. The group closely observed the enterprise's modern production systems, R&D achievements of new materials and the commercialization outcomes of research projects. During the inspection, the delegation spoke highly of Hubei Jinlong's sound industrial layout, robust scientific research and innovation capacity, and large-scale manufacturing system. They fully acknowledged the company's role as a core hub within the PVC industrial chain across central China.

At the forum, participants exchanged views on cooperation prospects and development opportunities, reaching consensus through in-depth discussions on core topics including resource complementarity, joint supply chain development, joint technical research and development, and full-spectrum industrial chain collaboration.

Rao Jincai, Chairman of Hubei Jinlong, extended a sincere welcome to the visiting delegation from Xinjiang Zhongtai Group. He gave a comprehensive overview of the company's competitive edges, management framework and future development strategies. Ma Wenyu, General Manager of Xinjiang Zhongtai Group, elaborated on the group's nationwide industrial layout, large-scale production advantages of core products and integrated national market operation system. He stated that leveraging Xinjiang's abundant high-quality mineral resources, Zhongtai Group has built massive chlor-alkali industrial bases in Urumqi, Changji and other locations, securing a top-tier position within China's PVC industry with nationwide sales coverage. Moving forward, the group will keep expanding its business footprint toward downstream new material segments and vigorously promote cross-regional industrial chain strategic partnerships. The group expects to forge a powerful alliance with Hubei Jinlong to build an industrial community linking northern and southern China.

Zou Hanyong, President of Hubei Jinlong, together with multiple accompanying executives from Xinjiang Zhongtai Group, held targeted negotiations covering supply chain matching, customized product R&D, regional market coordination and guarantee mechanisms for cooperation implementation. The Zhongtai team responded item by item to the four proposed cooperation directions put forward by Hubei Jinlong, specifying supporting incentive policies, project docking mechanisms and phased implementation roadmaps, with initial consensus reached on multiple cooperation frameworks.

This high-level meeting has built a solid platform for efficient docking and in-depth collaboration between well‑established upstream and downstream enterprises across northern and southern China, effectively eliminating bottlenecks restricting coordinated progress of industrial and supply chains. Going forward, Xinjiang Zhongtai Group and Hubei Jinlong will build on the consensus from this exchange.
